Measure horizontally around your body, keep your measuring tape flat against the body and parellel to the floor. Then find your corresponding size on our size charts for the best fit.

With arms relaxed at your sides, measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest
Waist:
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part.

Standing with feet hip width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
