The Rift is a softer boot that allows you to express your own style but which is still packed with tech. It's 3D-moulded for a perfect fit with Nideckerbindings, combining sneaker-like looks with modern materials including a unique seamless toe construction. Dual BOA laces give you complete control over the fit and flex, with separate dials to tighten the upper and lower zones. The flex is super tweakable, and thanks to an articulated two-part shell you can apply pressure to one side of the boot without deforming the other, creating consistent support and awesome heel hold.

  • Our Transition Zone tech seamlessly connects the Rift's sole to the Exo Spine, accelerating response and preventing damage to the back of the boot when entering or exiting the binding
  • The Dual-Dial BOA Fit System enables super quick entry and exit, and features separate dials to tighten the upper and lower zones
  • 3D Molded Tongue - Asymmetric 3D Molded Tongue is curved more sharply towards the medial side to match the natural ridgeline of your forefoot. This alleviates pressure points and provides a more balanced feeling of comfort and support versus a standard straight tongue
  • 3D Molded Toe Box - 3D Toebox eliminates extra layers and seams around the forefoot, improving water resistance and durablility. The streamlined design also makes it easier to slide your boot in and out of the binding
  • ASYM 3F - A unique asymmetric boot design co-developed with BOA that generates optimal support and flex. The asym tongue features lace guides positioned on the flatter forefoot areas for more even closure and less point-loaded pressure. Increased medial arch support reduces foot fatigue and cramps
  • OC-KUSH - Shock-absorbing dynamic gel pads are inserted into the outsole around the heel area. This extra cushioning helps you soak up heavy landings and reduces fatigue from bumpy snow. It also makes your boots super comfy to walk around in
  • Rubber Backstay - A durable section at the back of the boot that protects it from wear. Nidecker's unique Transition Zone means the rubber is bonded smoothly to the outsole with no ridges, eliminating any snags when you enter or exit your bindings
  • Articulating Cuff - The upper shell overlaps the lower part and moves independently. This creates a super smooth riding feel and eliminates any pressure points when the boot is flexed
