WHEN DO WE SHIP?Orders placed before 12 pm Mountain Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a recognized holiday will ship the next business day. We know you are excited to receive your order and we'll get it out as fast as possible.
HOW DO WE SHIP?Our primary method of shipment is UPS Ground, however, some standard shipments are sent through the United States Postal Service.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATIONSometimes, accidents happen. To ensure your order gets to you safe and sound, we at Als.com reserve the right to require a signature at the time of delivery on ANY order. All orders totaling $150 or more will require your John Hancock upon arrival. Make sure that if you are expediting an order, someone will be there to sign for you.
OVERSIZED SHIPPINGIn a perfect world, all shipping would be free and straightforward. As we do not currently live in that world, there are items in our store that may require additional shipping, depending on their size and the location of delivery. Some items already include a shipping fee, and in other instances, we may ask you to pay additional shipping fees.
SHIPPING HOLIDAYSWe'd love to ship your items out any time of any day, but we work on a different schedule than our mail carriers. Listed below are the days when USPS or UPS won't pick up. Please give your package a few more days to arrive if you've ordered something around one of these dates.
