What is a large item?

If you order an item that doesn't fit in the general sizing guidelines for UPS or USPS, you may be required to pay an oversized shipping fee. These prices will depend upon the size and the posted rates of the shipping service selected. We do our best to list these shipping charges in the item description, but some items may not have an accurate shipping fee.

Large items include but are not limited to

  • Trampolines
  • Bike racks/trailers
  • Grills
  • Basketball hoops & other large athletic equiptement
  • Items over 10lbs
  • Items with any dimension over 42"

If a large item does not calculate shipping at the time of purchase, a representative may contact you to add shipping or adjust the order.

Signature Confirmation

Sometimes, accidents happen. To ensure that your order gets to you safe and sound, we at Als.com reserve the right to require a signature on any order at the time of delivery, and any order totaling $150 or more will require a signature upon arrival. If you are expediting an order, make sure someone will be present to sign for the package.

Shipping Holidays

Listed below are the days when USPS and/or UPS won't pick up. Please give your package a few more days to arrive if you've ordered something around one of these dates.

  • Veterans Day: Nov. 11
  • Thanksgiving: Nov. 25-26
  • Christmas: Dec. 24-25
  • New Year's: Dec. 31 - Jan. 1
  • When will my order ship?

    Orders placed before 12 pm Mountain Time typically ship within 1-3 business days. While every effort will be made to meet this timeline we cannot guarantee that your order will ship out within that window. Orders placed over the weekend or on a recognized holiday will ship within . We know you are excited to receive your order and we'll get it out as fast as possible.

    How long does shipping take?

    Each destination will have a different shipping timeline. We ship our packages out of Utah & Idaho. Prior to placing an order you will receive an estimated arrival date. All shipping dates are estimated and are affected by third party companies such as UPS, & USPS and cannot be guaranteed. All shipping companies are experiencing slight delays due to covid.

    Can I change my shipping information?

    Shipping information is adjustable up until the time of shipping.

    Once the item is shipped you will need to work with the carrier to adjust the information.

    Ammunition shipping restrictions

    Some states/municipalities restrict the sale of certain products. Please check your local and state laws.

    You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition, and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. All ammunition is considered hazardous and will be shipped ground, contiguous 48 states only. A street address is required for delivery.

    "The items you have selected cannot be shipped to the given address."

    This message will appear in the shopping cart when an item cannot be shipped and is only available for store pickup.

    This same message can show when you've selected an item for in store pickup that is not available at your desired pickup location.

    You will be emailed status updates as your order goes through the shipment process

    2. After Logging in click the icon and select "MY ACCOUNT"
    3. Select Orders from the menu
    4. Choose the order number you are inquiring about
    Where do i find my tracking number?

    Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking #

    Tracking information can also be found by following the steps below.
