CHEST: Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
WAIST: Measure around the natural waist (where your body bends side-to-side).
SLEEVE: With elbow bent, measure from the center (back) of neck to elbow and down to wrist.
