If you order an item that doesn't fit in the general sizing guidelines for UPS or USPS, you may be required to pay an oversized shipping fee. These prices will depend upon the size and the posted rates of the shipping service selected. We do our best to list these shipping charges in the item description, but some items may not have an accurate shipping fee.


Large items may include but are not limited to:

  • Trampolines

  • Bike racks & trailers

  • Grills & Smokers

  • Basketball hoops & other large athletic equipment

  • Items over 100lbs

  • ITems with any dimension over 42"

If a large item does not calculate shipping at the time of purchase, a representative may contact you to add shipping or adjust the order.

Sometimes, accidents happen. To ensure that your order gets to you safe and sound, we at Als.com reserve the right to require a signature on any order at the time of delivery, and any order totaling $150 or more will require a signature upon arrival. If you are expediting an order, make sure someone will be present to sign for the package.

Shipping carriers observe specific non-operational days throughout the year. If your package is shipped or in transit during one of these days, delivery may be delayed.

Orders placed before 12 PM Mountain Time are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. While we strive to meet this timeline, we cannot guarantee shipment within that window. Orders placed on weekends or recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day. We know you're excited to receive your order, and we’ll do our best to get it out as quickly as possible!

Shipping timelines vary based on the destination. Our packages ship from Utah and Idaho, and you’ll receive an estimated arrival date before placing your order. Please note that all delivery dates are estimates and depend on third-party carriers such as UPS and USPS, meaning they cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping details can be modified up until the time your order is shipped. After the order has shipped, any changes will need to be coordinated directly with the carrier.

Some states/municipalities restrict the sale of certain products. Please check your local and state laws.

You must be 18 or older to purchase ammunition, and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition. All ammunition is considered hazardous and will be shipped ground, contiguous 48 states only. A street address is required for delivery.

Ammunition CANNOT be shipped to the following States

This message will appear in the shopping cart when an item is unavailable for shipping and can only be picked up in-store.

It will also display if you've selected in-store pickup for an item that isn't available at your chosen pickup location.

Once your order is shipped you will be emailed a shipping confirmation email that contains your tracking number.
