For best results, it is recommended you have assistance from another person and measure at least two times to ensure you achieve a consistent result or use the larger of two measurements.
To measure your head accurately, you will need a flexible seamstress or textile measuring tape (centimeters).
While looking in the mirror, wrap the measuring tape around the back of your head until it overlaps at the center of your forehead, or just above the eyebrows (depending on where you want your hat to sit). Do not pull too tight, as you want your hat to fit comfortably.
Check what size in centimeters your measuring tape says at the point where the measuring tape overlaps. You should be left with a measurement between 52 - 63 centimeters.
Reference the size conversion chart above. If in between sizing, it is recommended you size up. Most Hemlock sized hats come with an interior size adjuster and foam filler tape, so you can reduce the size of your hat by 1 - 2.5 cm and add comfort at the same time.
