On a hard floor, put a piece of paper against a wall.
Stand on the paper in your socks. Wear the type of socks you’d normally wear with this type of shoe.
Make sure the back of your heel is against the wall and that you’re placing your weight on your foot.
Ask someone to make a mark on the paper, at the end of your longest toe.
Measure that distance to determine the length of your foot.
It’s common to have one foot bigger than the other, so make sure you measure both feet. Pick your shoe size based on the length of your longer foot.
These widths are intended only as a rough guide. INOV8 strongly recommends you measure the width of your feet before deciding which fit is best for you.
Depending on the type of activity you’re doing you may wish to go for a more precision fit (for racing for example).
Equally you might prefer a wider fit if you are running longer distances or lifting heavy weights.
Check the sizing note before selecting the size of your shoe or boot for expert sizing recommendations.
Not every new shoe will come in all three fits. Most of them will be available in one or, more often, two fits. This is dependent upon the type of activity and what we feel the end-user best requires to achieve maximum performance.
