The Real Avid Carbon Boss AR-15 is an essential gun cleaning tool, designed specifically for removing carbon build up on nearly every surface of a disassembled AR-style rifle or carbine. The Carbon Boss multi-tool incorporates 12 precision surfaces to scrape the most critical parts of the bolt, bolt carrier, cam pin, and firing pin. A 360 bronze phosphor brush, imbedded in the center of the tool, cleans the bolt tail; and a rotating Smart Brush cleans every minute detail of the bolt. A pin punch removes the retaining pin to disassemble the bolt carrier group, and a cotter pin puller drops the firing pin. Folding tools use a liner lock or detents to hold in place. The Carbon Boss AR15 Gun Cleaning Tool folds into a lightweight, compact unit that carries easily in the included nylon sheath.
