Vans Old Skool Vr3 Shoe

The Vans Old Skool VR3 Shoe is a classic skate shoe for the more sustainably concious. The look is the icon you already know and love, while the suede and organic cotton canvas upper more closely supports Leather Working Group certified tanneries. Underfoot, the VR3Cush footbed isn't just comfortable, but is constructed from 25% biobased EVA foam. The waffle outsole is recognizable anywhere, and now features a 25% responsibly sourced natural rubber compound for grip on the board and the streets.

Details

Footbed: The new VR3Cush footbed is made using at least 25% biobased EVA foam partially derived from plants per the ASTM D6866-16 testing standard.
Outsole: The VR3Waffle outsole is made with a proprietary compound containing at least 25% responsibly sourced natural rubber obtained from sources that follow proven sustainable practices with the intention of reducing impacts on the planet. This new natural rubber compound was developed and engineered to maintain the grip and durability Vans is known for (since 66).
