Membership Eligibility

The Al's VIP program is available to all customers, subject to approval. Membership is non-transferable, and benefits are exclusive to the member and their immediate family as defined in our FAQs.

Discounts and Pricing

Discount rates may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Discounts apply to eligible products only, excluding labor, tickets, licenses, gift cards, and services.

Coupon Code Policy

Regular coupon codes are invalid in conjunction with VIP pricing, except during special promotional events, as communicated by Al's.

Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

Termination of Membership

Al's reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time if the terms and conditions are violated.

Liability Limitation

Al's is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the VIP program.

Amendments to Terms

Al's may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Free Shipping Policy

Eligibility for Free Shipping

The free shipping offer applies to VIP members' orders with a subtotal of $50 or more after discounts and before taxes.

Exclusions and Limitations

Oversized or heavy items may be subject to additional shipping charges. This offer does not apply to international shipments or shipments outside the contiguous United States.

Shipping Method

Al's reserves the right to select the carrier and shipping method for free shipping orders.

Order Processing

Order processing times remain subject to standard operations, and delivery times may vary based on the carrier and final destination.

Changes to Free Shipping Policy

Al's may amend or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice.
