Zeiss Terra ED 10x42 Binoculars feature high-quality, multicoated ED glass by SCHOTT of Germany and Schmidt-Pechan roof prisms to provide clear and bright views, with accurate color representation and virtually zero distortion across the entire wide field of view. Exterior lens surfaces utilize Zeiss proprietary hydrophobic multi-coatings to shed water, dust, dirt, and oil while improving light transmission. The 5.25', super-close focus is excellent for viewing smaller objects at close range. The Terra ED's extremely compact size aids mobility in the field. The lightweight, ergonomic design and a large, fast-focus center wheel provide easy handling and ultimate comfort for long days of glassing. The fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate housing with a protective rubber armor is impact- and corrosion-resistant; and the Terra ED binoculars are waterproof and fog-proof. Twist-up, click-stop rubber eyecups accommodate eyeglass wearers.
