HEAD — To measure the circumference of your head, use a soft, flexible tape measure to circle the crown area (above eyebrows and ears).
HAND LENGTH — Measure from the first crease on the wrist (closest to the palm) to the tip of the middle finger.
HAND CIRCUMFERENCE — With your dominant hand flat, measure around the palm (just below your knuckles). Don't include the thumb.
Note for Gloves / Mitts: Make your choice based on the larger of the two measurements. Use the Common Apparel Size as a guide to select the glove size when hand measurements are not available.
