The Men's Patagonia SnowDrifter Jacket is designed for backcountry performance with a light and stretchy 3-layer H2No Performance Standard shell that is both waterproof and breathable, featuring a soft polyester knit interior backer for moisture management and a durable water repellent finish. The helmet-compatible fixed hood adjusts easily using an embedded cord-lock system, while the laminated visor ensures visibility in challenging conditions. Functional storage includes two zippered handwarmer pockets, a zippered chest pocket with cable routing and internal access, a zippered bicep pocket for a ski pass, and an interior drop-in pocket. Pit zips allow rapid heat release, and adjustable low-profile cuffs fit comfortably over or under gloves. An adjustable powder skirt provides a tight seal when needed or lays flat when not in use, and a concealed RECCO reflector adds an extra layer of safety.
