I wear a 9.5 all day every shoe, every boot. I ordered a 9.5 and they were way too small. Sent them back. Ordered a 10. Still not right. Didn't order again. Super cute boots but I need to try them on before I'd buy again. AL's was great on the shipping and return. No problems there.
