CHEST — Wrap a tape measure around the fullest part under your arms.
WAIST — Wrap tape around your natural waistline.
HIP — Standing with your feet together, measure around the fullest part of your hip (approximately 7-8 inches below the natural waist).
SLEEVE LENGTH — With a slightly bent arm, start from the center back base of neck, follow the tape around your shoulder, down the arm, around the elbow bend to the wrist bone.
NECK CIRCUMFERENCE — Wrap tape around the base of the neck and allow room for wearing comfort.
If you are 6'3" or shorter and your waist measures the same or larger than your chest, you should order up one size.
