The Patagonia Duckbill Cap is made with recycled materials, and the front panel and bill fabric are built from NetPlus postconsumer recycled nylon faille. It is made from recycled fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution, with a durable water repellent (DWR) finish made without intentionally added PFAS to shed moisture. The crown and back panels are made of recycled polyester mesh to dissipate heat and increase airflow. The lightweight, low-profile sweatband for moisture and temperature management has an adjustable rear buckle with elastic for a snug, personalized fit.
