I bought an older model of this scope used, it worked amazing. I had an atv accident and my scope was crushed underneath the machine. Vortex was very caring and quick to help. They replaced my scope at no cost and were very professional and fast. I wouldn't buy any other brand. 5 stars.

Using that since October last year and the eyepiece doesn't grip properly so when zoom in the eyepiece the subject looks soft.

I've guided/hunted Alaska for over 22 years. This is the best spotting scope I've used to date. The warranty is also 2nd to none.
