BUST — Measure with arms at your sides, around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.
SLEEVE LENGTH — Bend your elbow 90 degrees and rest your hand on your hip. Start the tape at the center back of your neck. Measure over your shoulder, down to your elbow, and then to your wrist. The total length is your sleeve measurement.
WAIST — To find your natural waistline, lean to one side to locate your natural bend. Wrap the tape measure around this point to determine your waist measurement.
HIP — Stand with your feet together and find the fullest part of your hips. Wrap the tape measure around this area, ensuring it remains parallel to the floor for the most accurate measurement.
